
Sweet & Spicy Watermelon

Materials
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1 lime juiced

- Cut melon into even, bite-sized balls or cubes and cool down in the refrigerator.
- Mix cumin, coriander, chili powder, salt, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl.
- Place watermelon into serving bowls or artfully arrange on a plate.
- Sprinkle melon with spice mixture.
- Squeeze lime juice over spiced watermelon.
- Garnish with a twist of lime and some cilantro if you like and serve.
Notas
Before you spice it up, taste the raw cut melon first. If it's sweet, go on and add the spices, but if its not then mix agave nectar or stevia with lime juice to your liking. Serve the melon cold and crisp- garnished with cilantro on cold plates or bowls that have been placed in the freezer. This simple dish is a real show stopper.
